Return Policy

Must have receipt for all returns and exchanges. No exceptions
If purchased with charge card you must have charge card receipt and register receipt present at time of return or exchange
All exchanges and refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase
All sales are final on:
• disposable helium tanks
• Special order items
• Personalized or custom items
• Costumes
• Hats
• wigs
• shoes
• cosmetics/Make-up
• Halloween accessories-including under garments, and hosiery
• (between the dates of August 24-October 24 please refer to the Fro Me A Party in store Halloween exchange policy)
Dated items are FINAL SALE (e.g. Graduation 2010)
Holiday merchandise must be returned or exchanged 7 days prior to the holiday date
Opened or damaged items will not be accepted for return or exchange
Sales, discounts, and clearance items are FINAL SALE
Management must approve all refunds

Non-Returnable items include:
• Wigs-including hair pieces and hair accessories
• Make-up/Cosmetics, facial hair, teeth, eyelashes etc.
• Undergarments
• Hosiery
• Special order items
• Hats
• Shoes (does not apply to boot covers)
• Props
Halloween costumes and shoes may not be returned
Halloween costumes and shoes MAY be exchanged the day after you have made your purchase, no later
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR RECEIPT to exchange the costumes or shoes the next day
We will not exchange damaged costumes/shoes or costumes in damaged bags.
Absolutely no exceptions
This Exchange Policy expires October 24th. After October 24th no exchanges are permitted
If you are not happy with your purchase all returns may be made to us within 14 days from the time you received it.

Please Note: Your return must be sent via a traceable method. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order.
Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only.  Return shipping charges are not refundable.  All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. 
All merchandise must be in new condition, unopened, unworn and in original packaging.
If you return something that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging it cannot be credited back to your account.

Holiday returns must be received seven days prior to the holiday (e.g October 24 is the deadline for us to receive your Halloween costume returns)
